Coffee shop profits and average customers?

Wondering what would be the profit potential of a coffee shop located across the street from a mall, 2,500 square feet with alot of comfortable seating, computers for web surfing and gaming (in a separated room possibly), free Wifi, popular magazines for reading, some used books possibly… offering coffee drinks, pastries, cookies… all the good stuff. Really geaered toward creating a nice atmosphere to relax or study (no noisy belnders humming constantly like you know who, and also no raping the customers on prices). Anyone out there running something similar to this? How much potential monthly profit after all expenses? Also, how many employees? BTW, the only competition in the area is a SB in the mall, and another coffee shop down the street about a mile that has TERRIBLE coffee.
lease is $2,200 per month and would have free rent for first 3 or 4 months for improvements such as the flooring and paint, which we can get at COST.
There would be 2 of us working full time, and then hire employees to cover the other needed time minus our hours. Hours of operation would likely be 7am to 10pm M-Sat, 9am to 7 or 8 pm Sundays.
