They have to receive their property tax bill every year so the assessors office of the area you are looking for will have the most current contact information. Be sure and bring as much information on the property as possible. You might have to go to the permit office to get the legal description from the manciple address. Some assessors office only keeps records by legal descriptions. These records should be free and are available to the public. You may have to pay for copies of the records so just bring a pen and paper with you.

First, You need the complete address of the Mall. Then go to the court house to the records dept. and have them look up whom owns the property. More than likely it will be a corporation group of some type then you can contact them and let them know what info you have for them or want from them, by the way the court house will charge you a fee, but, I cannot tell you the amount because each state and county vary on prices good luck!!
