2500 sq ft is huge. What would be the rent on this place. What about the remainder of overhead. Utilities, payroll, insurance, cost of goods, magazine subscriptions, wifi service, etc.

Sounds like you’ll need to bring in a bunch of money just to break even.

There is no average. I have seen a lot of these type places come and go. They’ll start up, not bring in enough money and then the business keeps getting sold every 1 to 2 years.
