I have twice used free lance sites to get a new design for my virtual mall and they have taken my money and run. Now I have no more funds and being disabled, I have limited income. I started this virtual mall years ago and it needs a fresh look. I can do what I can to provide the links but really do not have any skills or ability to learn design since my injury is a brain injury. I have finally learned to communicate pretty well – if folks are patient and maybe explain more than once what is needed I do my best. I really need someone who can take this to a new level and be creative then teach me to update the links – so that part needs to be pretty simple.

Please, if you are out there let me know ASAP! I needed this done before we got into the holidayseason and now it is here.

Would they still be able to charge me for that?

I live in a Medium sized town and theres not much here clothes wise only a few stores in the mall and a Dillards and Jc Pennys. We have an old navy store too, but thats it. Legit web addresses please. I have been ripped off online before. lol. THANKS!!
